All orders will be shipped within 72 hours excluding weekends via the method selected online. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours. Orders will be packaged and shipped individually per each order and shipped via our preferred delivery service Fed Ex.

Glacier Glove recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our web sites. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our customers’ right to privacy. Glacier Glove will not sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties.

Returns & Replacements
Please contact our customer service for return instructions. All items returned in the original packaging will be refunded the value of the product. We do not refund shipping. All Glacier Glove items carry 1 year limited warranty. If your product fails within the first year because of a manufacturing defect we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us for return instructions.

All orders are paid via credit cards which will be processed through in an effort to protect your information. All orders are paid in full before the order will be shipped. Pricing on our website is our current retail price. All prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally we will offer a promotional price with specified dates and pricing.
